Fun Film Festival

Create your own fun short film about Castine for a chance for it to be viewed by the town on the New Emerson Hall Audio Visual System this summer!

Simply shoot a short (5 Minutes or Less) Castine-themed video between June 15th and August 10th, upload it to YouTube, and send the YouTube link to info@castinearts.org with "Fun Film" in the subject. Live action, animation, fiction, documentary... it's your choice.

The Castine Arts team will review the videos and present a curated collection of selected videos at Emerson Hall the week of August 15th. Videos may also be featured on the CAA or Town Websites.

For those needing an introduction to creating and uploading to YouTube, there will be a workshop on July 2 at 10-11 in Emerson Hall. Email info@castinearts.org to register.

Entries are limited to 3 per person, and by submitting your video you permit CAA and Town of Castine to use and/or link your videos for public viewing and promotion.
