Diane Bianco is a Brooklin chef, caterer, and author of the acclaimed cookbook Let's Party in Maine! featuring mouth watering entrées and appetizers. This class will explore a delicious variety of Maine inspired dishes.

Menu

  • Lamb and Feta Triangles in Phyllo Dough (Lamb from Altman's Farm)
  • Panko Crusted Shrimp with Martini Aioli
  • Iceberg Wedge with Blue Cheese, Bacon and Leek
  • Tenderloin of Beef wrapped in Puff Pastry, served with Wild Mushroom Sauce
  • Whipped Russett and Sweet Potato Volcanoes with Boursin Cheese
  • Fresh Fruit Tart
