We will be carpooling. 

Chef Devin Finigan of Aragosta will be teaching a hands-on class including the following menu:

  • Blue Hill Bay Mussels
  • Seafood Galette
  • Seared Duck Breast
  • Easy Chocolate Mousse
  • Wine pairings and 44 North Coffee

The class will learn to make:

  • Pate Sucree Dough
  • Mussels
  • Creamed Leeks
  • Lobster Brodo
  • BBQ sauce
  • Searing/Cooking Duck Breast
  • Turnip Latke
  • Chocolate Mousse
  • Raspberry Coulis
