Youth Summer Theater Camp

After the 2020 hiatus, CAA Theatre Camp will return for its 11th year to bring advanced theatre training and creation opportunities to local & summer students grades K-12! This year, production content will depend upon enrollment, but initial ideas include: an adaptation of the Euridyce & Orpheus myth, exploration of the Norse myth of Fenrir the Wolf, or a devised dance-theatre creation. Young actors will collaborate to create a unique piece of theatre. Along the way, students will explore acting technique, movement, dramaturgy, puppet work, text analysis, and the value of an ensemble.
