Music & Performing Arts
The Music Committee of the Castine Arts Association exists to promote public performance of music in Castine. We showcase local and regional talent, and engage individuals or ensembles who are touring, the latter usually performing pieces from the core classical repertoire. And, by an occasional grant, often to a young person, we encourage further musical studies.
